At Genesis we focus on Small Group Personal Training with groups ranging from 2 to a maximum of 12 clients. We prefer to train small groups instead of larger groups so we may focus on each individual client during every workout. We don’t want anyone to feel left out while working with us. Each workout is designed with proper progressions and regressions to fit all fitness levels. For those who prefer, we also offer Private One on One Training.
Our programs incorporate a combination of different training strategies such as strength, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and metabolic conditioning (METCON). Our facility is equipped with wide array of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowers, and stair climbers, as well as strength training equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and cable machines.
With an open floor plan, you will find everything you need to satisfy all of your cardiovascular and strength training needs. Genesis also equipped with MyZone® and FitRanx® training systems to help our clients get the most out of their workouts.
