I fell in love with the fitness industry over 4 years ago. As a Mom to 3 busy kiddos, I wanted to set an example for them. I started really focusing on nutrition and fitness and finding what it is that works best for me.I started doing CrossFit over 3 years ago and became shortly thereafter. Since then I have completely fallen in love with coaching and helping people reach their health and fitness goals.
My goal for everyone I coach is the same … helping them achieve the level of fitness that makes it possible to accomplish anything they want to try. This is where I believe fitness and happiness meet. If you want to go run an Obstacle Course Race, then let’s find that fitness level for yourself. If you want to be able to go for a hike and not feel winded, let’s work for that goal. Through regular and consistent strength and fitness training, you are able to live the type of active lifestyle you want. I’m thrilled to be here and be a small part of your health and fitness journey.
